C74 Link to Hub Repeater in receive only mode
C75 Link to Hub Repeater in transceive mode
C76 Completely unlink from Hub Repeater

#A78 Link Beavercreek 2 meter remote base to Wilsonville in transceive mode
#A79 Unlink Beavercreek 2 meter remote base from Wilsonville

Whatever repeater you're currently using, it must be linked to
the Hub repeater in order to access IRLP
Announce your intentions BEFORE actually connecting. For example "This
is AH6LE functioning IRLP" is sufficient.
